What Is LOC? The Story Behind the Local Way to See the World
LOC began as LocEtudiant and came back in 2025 with a simple idea: see a place the way the people who live there do. Here is our story, in questions and answers.

How LOC works, in plain answers.
How do I book a stay on LOC?
Send an inquiry from the stay's page. The host replies to you directly, and you arrange the stay together. LOC connects you; it never handles the booking or the payment.
Does LOC charge a booking fee?
No. LOC takes no commission on your stay and adds no platform fee to the host's price.
Where can I stay with LOC?
In Morocco, France and Belgium. Our current listings are villas with private pools and gardens in Marrakech, and apartments in Guéliz. Each listing shows its location, photos and a starting price per night.
Can I book local experiences or travel guides?
Not yet. Local experiences and travel guides are coming soon, and each will appear on the site once it is ready.
